Here’s some hard-hitting motorcycle news. According to TMZ.com, UPS tried to hold up deliveries of the first Ducati RR Desmosedici so that no one would receive the bike before Brad Pitt. As reported on January 29, the first Ducati RR was delivered to Tom Cruise. TMZ surmised that Brad Pitt must have thrown a fit. (Of course, Tom Cruise and Ducati received a lot of free publicity on media powerhouses like Georgia Motorcycle Touring.) TMZ also reported that UPS’s hold delayed shipment of similar motorcycles to Denzel Washington and Michael Jordan, who were also upset. I can only hope that time heals these wounds.
